Cooked on grill poor quality pork total flare up on grill . I won't buy again at Harvest meats

Although the price is cheap I guess I get what I pay for ! Better to pay more somewhere else .

it looks ok... feels a bit tough to the touch. So disappointed. This was a celebration dinner that was ruined.
