Welcome to Hot Yoga Naples. We offer traditional Hot Yoga which is a 90 min class with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We also offer a 60 min Barkan Flow class in the heat on Thursday at noon and a Yin class with no added heat at 6:30 on Sunday evening. We're a growing community of all levels. All are welcome. No experience or preregistration is necessary. We have a clean facility with showers and everything you need to practice yoga. We are all certified instructors with strong knowledge of yoga.
