James Lee MD

Dr. Ryan Brosch is a board-certified OB-GYN providing care in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor, FL. A Tampa native, he earned his undergraduate degree in Microbiology and his medical degree from the University of Florida, completing his OB-GYN residency at the University of South Florida. Dr. Brosch has advanced training in robotic and laparoscopic surgery, specializing in hysterectomies, myomectomies, and ovarian cystectomies. He has a special interest in hormone replacement therapy and managing complex conditions like fibroids and endometriosis. Outside of work, he enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with his cat, Sophia.

Dr. Nicole Baker is an OB-GYN serving patients in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor, FL. A Michigan native, she trained at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, where she was Chief Resident and named Resident of the Year. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Western Michigan University. Dr. Baker specializes in high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and female stress urinary incontinence. She is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence and advocating for women's health rights. She speaks conversational French and enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Sugar.

Dr. Karen Saravanos is a board-certified gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, seeing patients at Women's Care in St. Petersburg and Palm Harbor, FL. She provides comprehensive gynecologic care with a special interest in adolescent gynecology. Dr. Saravanos earned her medical degree from the University of Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency at Strong Memorial Hospital and the University of Rochester. She is fluent in Greek and lives in Tampa with her husband and two children.
