Apparently, if you order online and enter anything in the special instructions box, it does not print on their ticket and they get a little upset if you ask them to fix it.

Went with the chipotle cheese steak, add meat and cheese. Placed my order online and went to pick it up at 11:30. Walked in to find somebody had taken my sandwich already, so it had to be remade....
