They will let your car just sit there and waste your time. Awful communication. Can't get anyone to ever call you back if they answer in the first place. They don't have a clue and are so rude.

Not managed very well. Had my car over a week for a damaged bumper. Wouldn't return phone calls. The experience was kind of stressful so I'm glad it's done.
