Liberty Middle School

Liberty Middle School serves more than 1,150 students in grades six through eight. The school s academic curriculum includes reading, writing, math, science and social studies. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as drawing, painting, dance, and physical and technical education. Liberty Middle School also features a band, choir and orchestra. The school s range of sports activities includes football, volleyball, soccer and basketball. In addition, it offers food, transportation, guidance counseling and health care. It features a library and media center that maintains a collection of books, magazines and reference materials. The school also provides special education to gifted and talented students. Located in Tampa, Fla., Liberty Middle School is a part of Hillsborough County Public Schools.
