Hot and ready in 15 minutes, means 1 hour. They take your money in the drive-through, lock the front door, and then walk by you as you're standing there waiting on them. 1 hour wait is ridiculous.

Pizza is normall burnt hard or under cooked and found hair in food after i had eaten it half way

Had to wait 29 minutes for a pizza with only one other customer this usually doesn't happen and it wasn't cut all the way through

Good pepperoni pizza for $5?! Great. But I'm lactose intolerant. I order it with cheese on only half the pizza. Half the cheese, same pepperoni, now $6.50. What gives?
