2nd trip to The Living Room - loved the mimosa flight, their version of huevos rancheros, the beignets, the chicken salad sandwich. We miss the avocado and crab eggs benedict which is not on...

The restaurant has recently experienced an upgrade to their menu and has managed to elevate their menu and dining experience. The food always tastes great, order the focaccia bread before dinner....

Food and drinks are very good. It has living room furniture in both rooms. Service is good.

This is one of the hot spots of Dunedin. Gathered with friends this past June. The service and food excellen! Highly recommend the Jack Johnson pancakes. The beignets were exception too.
