If I could give a minus 10 I would. I am the power of attorney for my elderly parents who live in Winter Haven. They are in their 90's so they still like receiving the paper like years ago....

I want to support my local paper. Even though I did not read it everyday I had a daily subscription to the Winter Haven News Chief. However, I cannot continue due to the worst customer support...
