They don't deserve a 1 but there is no 0..don't rent from them unless you want to lose your mind with frustration ..late shuttle , force insurance on you..don't give you the car you wanted.thats...

I would leave a zero if possible. They are far from the airport and charge considerably extra for insurance even if you have your own insurance. I would recommend sticking with a known car rental....

just run and don't look back. scammers! looking for a deposit of $2,500 the car itself wasn't worth that much. lady at the desk was rude.
