Peebles Bar-B-Q, established in 1947 by Ellie and Gladys Peebles, began as a small side business when Mr. Peebles drove a school bus. Over time, the venture evolved into a beloved local landmark, supported by his sons Ronnie and Jerry Peebles, who helped expand the family business.

In 1981, Dale Strickland, married to Marsha Peebles Strickland, joined the operation, and today they are the proud owners, continuing the legacy of delicious barbecue that has been delighting customers for over 75 years.
