Staff is rude and unhelpful. I bought dog food and it was full of bugs. Never going back.

Even when they don't have the product I am looking for, the selection of treats and fun pet items is excellent. Even better is the customer service and the friendly, helpful faces.

I was on hold for 30 minutes on a Saturday. Hire more people or train management appropriately.

Their fish tanks are a disgrace. More dead fish than alive ones! Customer service for non-dog parents is non-existent. We will not be going back.
