Peter Taylor, MD

Dr. Sushma Koneru is a board-certified cardiologist with over 10 years of experience. She completed her Internal Medicine residency and one year of chief residencyat Southern Illinois University, followed by an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology fellowship at the University of Rochester and an Adult Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Creighton University. She has special expertise in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiac transplantation. Dr. Koneru is an active member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiograms, the Heart Failure Society of America, ISHLT and more. Dr. Koneru aims to provide excellent clinical care while advancing heart failure treatments through research, education, and leading-edge programs.

Dr. Chakravarthy Raghavan is an experienced cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with over 30 years of clinical practice. He received his medical degree from the University of Madras and completed medical training in the UK. Dr. Raghavan did his cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. He has expertise in cardiac catheterization, device implantation, echocardiography, and all aspects of cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Raghavan has published extensively with over 5 first-author papers.
