When my Dell laptop would not power up I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They indicated the problem was not the internal battery or the charger but most likely with the internal circuitry....

dont believe anything your told by techs at clearwater store,if your selling any computer products they are not a reliable place to go,there are many better places to buy your items,ill never do...

Very good service. Brought my computer over because a hacker was into my accounts. They did a complete check up and removed the infiltrated software. So far no problems.
