New franchise training takes place at the PuroClean Academy in Tamarac, FL where you receive hands-on experience. Three-week training includes full technical training in water and fire damage, mold and biohazard remediation, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. It also includes sales & marketing, operations, and all facets of the business. Field training is also offered at each Franchisee's business location. The PuroClean Academy also offers online learning programs, and technical assistance is available 24/7 whenever our Franchisees need support. Three-week training technical, sales & marketing, financial, operations and all facets of business management Training is mandatory. To manage your staff and effectively run your business, it is imperative to complete training at the PuroClean Academy. Your start-up training costs are included in your initial franchise fee with the exception of travel, hotel and food. PuroClean offers a wide range of integrated sales and marketing programs designed to target a variety of vertical markets. Programs and campaigns are introduced during training and field trainers work with you on best practices in building business relationships in your community. PuroClean offices range from home-based businesses to larger operations. If you wish to have a home-based operation, PuroClean offers that opportunity since services are provided off-site. The office size is up to you.
