Bonefish Grill was established in 2000 in St. Petersburg, Fla. When veteran restaurateurs Tim Curci and Chris Parker decided to open up their first Bonefish Grill location, the idea was to establish a location where they would be able to tell their guests where the fish came from, how best to eat it and how to experiment with the sauces created to go with the fish. Bonefish Grill is a polished casual seafood restaurant chain that offers a variety of eight or more fresh fish to choose from each day. Along with fish, the restaurants offer an array of original sauces and toppings, which customers can pair with the fish of their choice. The restaurant has locations in Washington, as well as throughout the East Coast. Bonefish Grill maintains a location in Tampa, Fla.
