Popped in to have a few pair of glasses fixed and the gal took care of them right away - great job. Highly recommend. One forgets about Sears - but go there!

At first everything was under control. Very good customer service. This is why I went back . They told 7 to 10 days my glasses would be ready. It took them literarily 3 weeks and millions of calls...
