History

Catered sushi needed reimagining. With over 50 years combined hotel, restaurant, and catering expertise Chef's Todd Bullock and Al Goldun set out to do just that! With our trusted vendors local and abroad, Sushi Rollz is able to offer your guests a truly unique sushi experience. Our Trained chefs will roll and display pre-selected specialty rollz, traditional rollz, nigiri, and everybody's favorite, the craft-your-own rollz. All ingredients and sauces are made available to create a personalized edible masterpiece. Not everyone likes sushi. We can combine as may cuisines together to create the experience you are looking for. Sushi and tacos? Yep! Sushi and BBQ.... that too. Rustic to elegant, we travel.

Specialties

We provide an interactive sushi experience for you and your guests at your home, office, or a venue of your choosing. We bring the sushi case(s), dayboat fresh seafood, and a skilled sushi chef(s). We prepare and present rolls chosen by client and guests can create rolls from the ingredients and condiments available. Not a sushi fan? Our Chefs have over 50 years of combined restaurant and catering experience in a wide range of international cuisines.
