Usually doesnt take that long but i just ordered 2 things and its been forever, jax gooned in the bathroom for over 45 minutes and our crunchwrap's still aren't even close to being done

Had to order on the kiosk in the store waited at the counter, not one employee came over to check on us until we flagged one down after 30 minutes of being in there, then they started out food....
