ICS Logistics is the core business of the Spence family and took shape in 1974. The family also operates Jaxport Refrigerated Services, First Cold Transportation, Global Stevedoring, Beach Trading Co. and Global Marine Services in Jacksonville and other operations in Port Manatee and in Mobile, Ala.
