The Brandon Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization located in Seffner, Fla. The organization s health and wellness program includes healthy lifestyle, youth fitness, exercise, and personal and group training classes. Its adaptive programs help youth and teens with special needs to improve their physical abilities and engage with others in a supportive small-group setting. The Brandon Family YMCA offers sports, aquatic and gymnastic programs for children, teenagers and adults. The organization s programs for senior citizens include water aerobics, group exercises, tai chi and the SilverSneakers program. Its youth program includes tae kwon do, judo and dance. The Brandon Family YMCA is a part of the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
