History

Wellspring Pilates opened in the summer of 2014. Grace, the owner, has taught Pilates for 5 years and is a STOTT Pilates certified instructor. She is also a Professor at Eckerd College. Opening her own studio allows Grace to focus on her passion for health and well being. Grace particularly enjoys working one-on-one with clients because it allows her to know each client more intimately and more effectively help the client achieve her or his goals.

Specialties

Wellspring Pilates specializes in Private sessions, Pool-lates and Pre/Post-Natal. One-on-one instructions allows each workout to be tailored the individual helping cleints achieve their goals. The studio looks out on our private pool and is located in South St. Petersburg near Eckerd College and St. Pete Beach.
