Do not follow through on promises. Do not complete work orders timely or not at all. We have a community lake where the perimeter embankment requires mowing. There are palm fronds that collect...

This company sucks. They come out when they want, if at all. The don't mow everything, weeds are coming back, bushes a mess and employees do not speak English. I would not recommend.
