Jasper is a city in Pickens County, Georgia, United States. The population was 3,684 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Pickens County. It is named after General Andrew Pickens, a Revolutionary War hero who fought the Cherokee in 1760 and 1782.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.3 square miles (8.5 km²), all of it land.
