I find the office very discouraging to work with. As a new patient, I've called multiple days and times as a new patient to get questions answered before considering making an appt. The phone rings 10 or more times with no answer or a voicemail. Unfortunately, I'm in a Catch22 because this office is an hour away from my home but it's one of two clinics that accepts my insurance. I sure hope the level of service improves when I become a patient.
