The quality of the food is fantastic, the service are friendly, and the interior is very neat and clean. 4 stars only because they've forgotten items in my order a couple times.

Went there today on Veterans day. I read where Culvers were giving vets who show ID a scoop sundae.I purchased my food & asked my server twice about it. He said manager said they don't do. Soo sad...
