The drive through is terrible, waited 15 min. It's for drop off and pick up not sit in line waiting for rx to be filled. Also Covid testing should not be allowed sitting in line holding pick up

This is the worst customer service store in the state. There was on one working the checkout registers . So I used the self' service machine. It came up saying I needed approval for an item...

had a heart attack, hospital called scripts in to CVS Jackson,Ga. after arrival, stood 20m before being acknowledged. the pharmacist Tandi then lectured me for 5-10 min on how my 7 medications...

The staff acts like customers are not even there. They just stand around and gab. CVS should get a manager that understands customer service and get rid of these rude and lazy employees.

If your enjoy standing in line and getting some of the worst service around, try the cvs here in good ole Jackson,ga.
