Visiting Nurse Health System, the largest nonprofit in Georgia providing person-centered home healthcare, long-term care at home, and hospice services, is an organization dedicated to helping people manage their health and recover from illness in the comfort of their own home. Our nurses, therapists & other professionals give patients quality one-on-one care, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes in their homes, whether they are recovering from a surgery or acute illness or a long-term chronic condition. Our goal is to allow the patients we serve to maintain their independence and avoid repeating hospital or nursing home stays. When patients face a life-limiting illness, our Hospice Atlanta team knows the patient and their families need a special kind of care. We strive to ensure that every patient is cared for compassionately, comfortably and with dignity, and that every family receives the support they need during this difficult time, regardless of their ability to pay.
