Based in Atlanta, Ga., Georgia Building Authority is engaged in the maintenance and services associated with the management of buildings and facilities on Capitol Hill, including the Georgia State Capitol building and the Governor's Mansion in northeast Atlanta. It manages the maintenance of buildings/properties, such as parking decks, plazas, confederate cemeteries and warehouses. Georgia Building Authority offers a range of services to state government entities leasing office space from it, state employees, vendors and the general public. Some of the services it provides for the facilities it manages include maintenance, renovations, housekeeping, landscaping, food service, event scheduling, recycling, parking as well as building access services.
