History

My first company, Travel 2U Fitness, a traveling personal training and consulting business, was founded in 2012. After working with hundreds of women, my passion and interest for behavioral change and mindset training increased. My company evolved to Jenn Benson Wellness in 2017 after I completed my Health & Wellness Certification through wellcoaches. I had also founded ideal Fitness 24-7 in 2018, a small fitness and wellness studio, where I helped many clients incorporate an overall balance between the mind, body, and soul.
