Can no longer pay $1.50 for one of those little sliders. Other menu items are lackluster. So sad to see an institution like this slowly die.

The number of times I've stopped here in the early mornings and being told "they can't take orders due to their systems being down" is for the record books. Either buy a new system or hire honest...

Very nice manager, food was fresh and hot. Very good tonight. The best food and service we have had at a Krystal's in a while and hard to find!!!

Went in around 7pm on a weeknight. No one eating there and no one in drive thru. An employee passed by in the kitchen, looked straight at us, but no acknowledgement that we were there. Finally...
