Incredibly bad experience! The bus must be a subcontractor and is NOTHING like the bus from their website. It stinks and the air conditioning is not working. Never again.

The actual ride, bus, driver, price, and convenience were all fine. The issue is that the terminal address in Atlanta where you are actually dropped off is not correct on the website or ticket!...
