Carol Schretter hails from Southfield, Michigan. Carol moved to Savannah in 1984 shortly after she served in the United States Marine Corps as a sergeant in the Signals Intelligence division in Japan for the NSGA.from 1977-1981. She has worked in the real estate industry in Savannah for 33 years. Carol's focus is to find the best loan program to fit a borrower's short and long term plans. She works with all types of borrowers including VA, FHA, and USDA purchasers, move-up and retirement home buyers, and with construction-to-permanent loan borrowers. Carol has experience helping borrowers take advantage of down payment assistance programs through Georgia Dream and City of Savannah Dreammaker.

Carla moved to Richmond Hill in 2002 with her husband Don who is a retired Army Pilot. She is a current member of Savannah Homebuilders and Sales and Marketing Council. Carla previously served as the president of Sales and Marketing Council and on the Bryan County Board of Directors. Carla works closely with her customers to ensure she matches their product to their specific needs. She has focused on VA, FHA and first time homebuyers.
