<p>Reading, writing and arithmetic have been taught at Bill Arp Elementary School for more than 150 years.&nbsp; Originally located behind the Prays Mill Baptist Church, the school was relocated in the early 1900s and then finally moved to it's current address on Alexander Parkway before the 2006-2007 school year.&nbsp; Bill Arp students make use of today's latest technology at one of the most modern schools in the area.&nbsp; Approximately 850 students are taught at the two-story school, attending kindergarten through fifth grade.&nbsp; The Bill Arp Patriot is the school mascot and wears the school colors of red, white and blue.&nbsp; Donna Pritchard is the principal.</p>
