History
The Caboose began as fudge shop, but morphed quickly into offering ice cream and shaved ice. Soon after, sandwiches were added. In 2011, the Caboose expanded into a sit-down restaurant. Still offering the ice cream and shaved ice and counter service for to-go orders, the Caboose now welcomes locals and visitors alike to sit down and stay awhile and enjoy perusing the art and books and homemade canned goods available in the restaurant. All are welcome at the Caboose!

Food was delicious! We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach... Just wanted to try something different and so glad we did. The homemade cookies were definitely delicious as well as everything...

Nice little sandwich shop with a great selection of sandwiches. Service was nice and quick. Very friendly Restaurant is in an old boxcar, cool ambiance. Nice find in a tiny Georgia town.
