Every time I have been to this location, the food has been great, as well as the service. The atmosphere is classic Zaxby's, overall have enjoyed my visits here!

I got the loaded fries and they weren't even loaded. It was just fries and chicken. There wasn't any cheese or bacon and barely any ranch. Don't recommend eating at this one. Mars Hill is better.

Allison was a great employee with very nice attitude. Very awesome customer service! She also gave us great recommendations to try and was patient with us.

This is the worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. The food is super cold. The front staff was awful. The kitchen looks disgusting. The upper management needs to address this asap.

Food is half decent but prepare to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line. I don't know if they constantly have someone new but this place never fails to be slow asf
