Cafe Mambo has been reimagined! We are so excited about the reorganization and reopening of Cafe Mambo that took place in early 2024. We have created a modern space and new concept for the restaurant that is unlike anything this space has ever seen before. We are bursting with excitement to share the new space with the town of Paia.

So glad there's a new and good restaurant in Paia! I guess it's not technically new, but totally revamped maybe? Loved the tomato salad and the crudo appetizer. And my burger was excellent....
