Value for money! Friendly service... Prime rib is fabulous as well as Oxtail stew, Salmon is always a huge portion perfectly seasoned and cooked. Love the Pork Chops and ham hock with beans too.....

Ok 1st time at Ray's cafe - parking very limited so we did takeout instead! They will do phone order which is something to consider- it's cash only but at these price it's not a dealbreaker!...

Sunday lunch hunger. Husband was craving Prime Rib. Called around a couple places near Waipahu... sold out or prices are high. Drove all the way to Kalihi for Ray's Cafe... open every day and...
