Uncle's Shave Ice was inspired by, the infamous Oahu's North Shore, Matsumoto's Shave Ice shop. Here the simple pleasures of tasty syrups and soft shave ice made the perfect end to an afternoon at the beach. Uncle's is offering the same wholesome and delicious treats to Kauai residents and visitors everyday and has added the popular NEW Shave Snow, Caramel Apples and Frozen Chocolate Bananas. In fact, it has grown is such popularity that these treats have become a favorite dessert after dinner too. Uncle's is the only shave ice shop on Kauai that is open at night...every night till 9pm!
