I haven't been at the Makiki location in awhile. I believe I had some issues with service on the previous visit. Service was fine today though mitigated by ordering via their proprietary app....

I stopped in for a delicious chicken katsu plate. It tasted hot and fresh. They gave a generous amount of rice and macaroni salad. With a drink was less than $20, which is honestly not that bad...
