Located in Boise, Idaho, the Finance and Administration Department consists of four service groups, including financial services, risk management, government administration and parking services. Its areas of responsibility include processing of payroll checks, buying and selling of investments and issuance of debt financing. Additionally, the department specializes in the development of contractual relationships for services, establishment of public and private partnerships and external financial reporting. The Finance and Administration Department has an accounting office that is responsible for preparation and distribution of employee payroll, generation of interim financial statements and coordination of the annual audit. It s parking services division reviews, installs and maintains electronic parking meters, enforces parking regulations on streets and manages parking permit programs.
