Opened a savings account with $200 and went to close it about a year and a half later and only had $70 left. Never got an email, letter, phone call or statement. They just emptied my account.

When did they stop teaching cash handling and cash etiquette? Got another small bill order and cash is all different directions. Used to be common courtesy, but now it's bare minimum effort.
