Floyd Wilcox & Sons is a potato and onion grower and producer located in Rexburg, Idaho. Through its Wilcox Marketing Group subsidiary, the company is the licensed marketing representative for a full line of potatoes and onions packed in the Birds Eye Fresh label. Its products include russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, specialty packaged produce and potatoes of different styles and colors. Its onion varieties include Vidalia, Empire Sweets, Walla Walla and South and Central America Sweets. The company was founded in 1948 in Thornton, Idaho. It is capable of handling more than 1.4 million pounds of potatoes per day.
