Do yourself a favor and just order your phone over the phone. If you order direct from Verizon over the phone they will waive the $40 activation fee and also they don't charge a setup fee of $40.

POOR SERVICE!! I went in to add a line and get a free phone. They ordered my phone which shows delivered and signed for by the store. The store was unable to locate my phone. After numerous visits...

Funny story, I went to this Verizon Store YEARS ago and had some of the WORST customer service I've ever had. On the way there today I told my daughter "this place has really bad customer service"...
