Farina is a village in Fayette County, Illinois, United States. As of the 1990 census, the village population was 575, in 254 housing units. The population was 558 at the 2000 census. It is the only community with the name "Farina" in the United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.8 km²), of which, 1.4 square miles (3.7 km²) of it is land and 0.69% is water.
