Westchester is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. It is a western suburb of Chicago. The population was 16,824 at the 2000 census. The current Village President is Sam D. Pulia.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.3 km²).
