Founded in 1979 as a zinc plating company focusing on the automotive fastener industry, Chem-Plate Industries is maintained in Elk Grove Village, Ill. The company offers other services through its sister company, Straus Chemical Corporation, the technological component required to process fasteners for the automotive market. Employing more than 300 people, Chem-Plate s objective is to be a quality conscious, service oriented commercial heat-treater and plater for the fastener industry.

Commonly known as RSi, Rebechini Studios is a family owned company that specializes in supplying signs, components and various specialty metal goods to the sign, architectural, building, monument, trophy and related industries. RSi has carved out a unique position within the metal goods industry. We are able to combine old world craftsmanship with state of the art Cad/Cam design and production techniques to produce the highest quality products available. RSi has the largest and finest etching facility in the United States dedicated to signage production. We utilize the latest in waterjet and laser cutting technologies. Our foundry casts in a wide range of specialty alloys from white brass to stainless steel, allowing for a more unique appearance and greater freedom of design. Our abilities are unmatched in the wide range of custom finishes we can produce. The great variety of processes RSi has available within its plants enables us to have the flexibility to create and combine materials in fresh and creative ways. We have the ability to build your custom projects to completion, or we will gladly supply components to you that are unavailable elsewhere. Rebechini Studios also offers the artistic expertise to create beautifully sculpted bas-relief and full round works of art.
