absolutely horrible. took me 20+ minutes just for them to answer. Once they finally did answer, the man who answered the phone was down right rude as hell.

Supposedly has 24 hour service and services account across southern Illinois. Would not make a call at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night that was within 30 miles.
