Staff seems uninterested in actually taking care of customers. No one is at the counter when you show up. Takes forever to get your food once someone bothers to take your order.

Burger King in Urbana is the " Dumps" when it comes to " Customer Service "! No greetings, snapping back when a person can't hear! Rude customer service! Very skimpy on Fries! Over all? Lousy...
