History Stanley Luke Farm, owned and operated by the Kennedys, has been in its current location since 1932. SLF is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated, hunter, jumper, and equitation barn which also boasts an intentionally small and excellent riding school. Stanley Luke was one of the top professional rider/trainers in the United States in the 1930's, 40's, and 50's. His daughter MaryAnn carried on the family tradition of excellence in horsemanship beginning in the 60's and now her son Peter Kennedy and his wife Beth, together with her daughter Krissy Kennedy Adamski continue to run this family oriented barn. SLF horses and riders are consistent winners at top "A" shows all over the country, regularly finishing the season at the Indoor Finals. Each horse/rider combination is brought to their fullest potential with top quality training from Peter, Beth and Krissy and personalized care from the competent staff. Rounding out the team is the very talented Sara Merrifield, full-time professional rider and assistant trainer.
